Sunday Worship

Since the last Sunday in September, we have been opening the church building on Sunday mornings at 10.30am so that people can watch the online broadcast of the service in the company of others.
We have carefully followed Covid-19 government guidelines which means that easy-to-clean plastic chairs spaced well apart have been the order of the day. Those attending have to wear face masks, we can't sing along with the songs, and there is no tea or coffee after the service. Even so, there are several regulars who appreciate being back with the church family in spite of the limitations.

We even managed to mark Harvest thanks to Ruth Manson's artistic skill in arranging a Harvest display for that Sunday.
We joined in with a broadcast communion service by using pre-packaged sets containing a small wafer in the top layer and grape juice in the cup part. It wasn't communion as we are used to, but it was still a special time of remembering together.
