Katie - preparing for role as Youth Worker 

The passage that has come to mind, which is really on my heart for the youth of SBC is:

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. 1 Timothy 4:12-13

• We thank and praise God for every member of the SBC family - every child, young person, parent, family, and visitors who come through our doors, whether that be mid-week groups of Sunday services.
• We pray for each young person to be discipled so that they have their own opportunities to devote themselves to God. 
• We pray for the young people in the community of Selsdon and across Croydon, particularly if they don't have a connection with a Church. We pray that they will come through the Church doors one day, knowing this is a safe place, where they are so loved.
