Hilary W - What needs to be disturbed 

Psalm 25: 4-5
Show me your ways Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are my God my Saviour and my hope is in you all day long.

What needs to be disturbed in order to set God’s direction for the future?
Having spent most of my life in education, Summer was always a natural time of reflection before the start of a new class of children in September. I’m not in school now, but as I reflect on the title above, I do sense a change of direction for this term. I’m sensing God asking me to concentrate on supporting our children’s work for this term. My involvement in other areas will need to change, so I can commit to this time between September & December.

Please pray for:

• Our worship team, that others may continue to come forward, to offer their gifts on a regular basis.
• Those bringing children to SBC this term, whether visiting during the week or worshipping, will feel welcomed, encouraged and supported.
• Are there any areas that God is challenging you to try? Would you be able to offer help for a term and try joining a rota (Sunday club, crèche, refreshments, worship?) what might you need to disturb, or change, in order to do this? Who do you need to chat to? Please come & find me if no one else springs to mind!!
