Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6

Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us this day and the opportunity to relay your words to your children. We pray that our Sunday school teachers, helpers, parents, guardian, and the church on a whole are doing their very best for the children which will also make an impact on their lives and community. There is nothing more powerful than a prayer been said for them and it is with this we come to you in prayer.

We will always talk to you about them, teach them your words as your kingdom belongs to them. Father God, you hold each of these children lives in your hand and as you have stated in Matthew 19:14

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’”

We pray that they will continue to enjoy coming to Sunday school each week to learn more about you, have fun and to know the treasures you have in store for each of them.

We pray also for all the teaching supports and the church community as you call us to be servants of the Lord. Help us to follow your example in obeying your command.

Father, please continue to watch over and protect our children each day I pray.
