Quest Primary School - Careers Fair
Quest Primary School are holding a careers fair at the school for our KS2 pupils on Wednesday 25th February. Timings are 1-1:30pm arrival/set-up; then 1:30-3pm for the various classes to visit. They hope to give pupils the opportunity to meet with people who work in different occupations and find out a little more about them.
They would like lots of different professions to be represented at the fair. If you are available on this day between 1 – 3pm, and would be willing to share some information about your job, they would love for you to join them and be one of our represented ‘careers’.They are looking for a mixture of occupations that many children may already be familiar with, as well as those that they may not yet have come across – everyone is welcome!
There is no requirement for public speaking you would just be based in the hall and the children would come up to them to find out more. The children will go on a career scavenger hunt, collecting stamps for their career passport as they move around the hall between stalls. They might ask about your qualifications, the skills needed to do your job or even what you wanted to be when you were younger. Please speak to Kathryn if you are available.
